BullionMinds ("we", "us") provides automated trading software for MetaTrader 5 and publishes related content at bullionminds.com and on our social channels. Contact: support@bullionminds.com.

2. Information we collect

Purchases: when you buy a plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email and payment details. We never see or store your full card number.

Contact: if you email us or message us on WhatsApp/Telegram, we receive the contact details and content you send.

License data: to activate your software license we may store your trading account number (never your trading passwords).

Website: our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

3. How we use information

• To deliver software, licenses and updates you purchased
• To provide customer support
• To process payments and prevent fraud
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

4. Third-party services

We use Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Telegram and Meta platforms (community and content). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Links from our site to these services are subject to their terms.

5. Data retention & your rights

We keep purchase records as long as required for accounting and license management. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@bullionminds.com — we respond within 30 days.
